Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate various circumstances. The earlier you cancel, the more you save! Please note the following timeframes and associated charges:

  • More than 24 hours before pick-up: You will receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of $50. This allows us to offer the vehicle to other customers and helps maintain a fair booking system.
  • 24 to 1 hour before pick-up: You will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one day’s rental. This charge is necessary as we may have already held the vehicle for your reservation, and last-minute cancellations can be challenging for our scheduling.
  • Less than 1 hour before pick-up: You will incur a cancellation charge equal to two days’ rental. This reflects the difficulty in filling a booking at the last minute, and helps us cover costs associated with keeping the vehicle available for your booking.
  • No-show: If you fail to pick up the vehicle without prior notice, you will incur a cancellation charge equal to two days’ rental. This policy ensures that resources are fairly allocated and that we don’t lose out on potential customers.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. The exact processing time depends on your bank’s policies and handling times. Our team will notify you once your refund has been initiated, and we recommend that you check with your bank to confirm the refund status.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances:

In some cases, such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other extraordinary situations, we may offer more flexible cancellation and refund policies. If such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable adjustments to our policy on a case-by-case basis to ensure our customers’ safety and satisfaction.

Important Notes:

  • All cancellations must be made in writing, either through email or our customer service portal.
  • If the booking was made using promotional discounts or special offers, the refund might be adjusted based on the terms and conditions of the offer.
  • If a customer requests to change the pick-up or drop-off time within 24 hours of the original booking, additional charges may apply, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
