Introduction

Welcome to Hello Car Rentals! By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Rental Agreement. This agreement outlines the rental process, your responsibilities as a renter, and the terms under which Hello Car Rentals provides you with the vehicle.

Vehicle Rental Terms

• Vehicle Pickup and Return: The vehicle must be picked up and returned at the specified location at the agreed time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
• Rental Period: The rental period starts from the time the vehicle is picked up and ends at the time of return. Additional days will be charged based on the standard daily rate.
• Fuel Policy: The vehicle should be returned with the same level of fuel as when it was picked up. Failure to do so will incur refueling charges.

Insurance and Liability

All vehicles rented from Hello Car Rentals are covered by Third Party Insurance. Which is the ONLY insurance offered locally for rental vehicles.

• Third Party Insurance: Covers damages caused to other vehicles or property. Damages caused to our vehicles due do the driver of our vehicles’ fault is to be paid for by the at fault driver as determined by the police report. The renter is responsible for the vehicle in case of damage, theft, or loss.

Payment Terms

Rental fees are due at the time of booking or pickup. Payment can be made through various payment methods, including credit card or bank transfer. A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or vehicle pickup.

Vehicle Use and Restrictions

• Authorized Drivers: Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Additional drivers may be added for a fee.
• Prohibited Uses: The vehicle may not be used for illegal activities, racing, off-road driving, or transporting hazardous materials.

Damage, Loss, and Theft

If the vehicle is damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period, the renter is responsible for the repair or replacement costs, subject to the insurance coverage purchased. The renter must report any incidents to Hello Car Rentals immediately.

Cancellation and Refunds

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in The Bahamas.

Amendments

Hello Car Rentals reserves the right to amend this Rental Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to renters before their booking or upon vehicle pickup. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
